Being acknowledged as one of the Best & Brightest Companies for a second straight year is a great honor.  The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) requires a rigorous review of a company’s policies and documentation.  It also focuses on the opinions of our team members through an extensive survey.  The NABR focuses on several key characteristics that contribute to a company being a great place to work. Some of these include compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee wellness & recognition.

Giving back to others 

Another essential part of Team UIS is that we care! We show this through our Thank You program that does two things. It encourages our employees to thank one another for their efforts and all the hard work that is done by our employees. Then those points get turned into dollars that are distributed at the end of the year to those employees who earned them. The leadership team commits to matching that dollar amount and donates it to charities that are near and dear to our employee’s hearts. In 2024 we collectively donated $19,510 to charities that our employees chose.
