NETA III Relay Technician

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform NETA electrical maintenance and acceptance testing tasks.
- Test both digital and mechanical relays
- Troubleshoot emergency and non-emergency electrical problems.
Secondary Roles & Responsibilities when there is not Client Jobs to do
- Assist in Project Management including work order, creating field files, purchases, research, coordination
- Closing projects by addressing any punch lists, additional scope, additional quotes.
- Take client calls 24 hours a day for emergency support
- Assist in completing testing reports.

- NETA III or higher certification
- Trained with SEL relays

Roles & Responsibilities: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing electrical maintenance and acceptance testing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing electrical maintenance and acceptance testing projects from inception to completion, including work orders, vendor management, and routine communication with field staff and clients.
- Managing field staff schedules, generating field files, securing necessary tools, ensuring safety requirements are met, and completing all field staff reports.
- Closing projects by addressing any required repairs, additional scope, additional quotes, final report preparation, discussing future service contracts, and maintaining final client contact.
- Writing proposals and developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote business growth.
- Performing other duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of Team UIS
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

- Ability to read electrical drawings, including equipment protection and control schematics.
- Strong network connections with electrical contractors, utility companies, and large power users.
- Proficiency with MS Office. AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Power Studies Intern
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our team by conducting Arc Flash and Power Coordination studies for a diverse range of industrial and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of electrical one-line diagrams, short-circuit and coordination studies, and equipment evaluation for clients
- Communicating with clients for data collection and organizing data for use in Arc Flash and Power Coordination studies
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other professionals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

SCADA & PLC Programmer

- Provide our clients with exceptional PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting services
- Lead projects and assist other project managers with the SCADA project
- Work with clients to design SCADA systems, including telemetry
- Troubleshoot SCADA Networks, telemetry issues, and field controls and provide necessary hardware programming
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Technical Degree with a proven record in PLC/HMI programming and Project Management
- Proven experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs and/or Motorola ACE3600 RTUs
- SCADA HMI programming with at least one of the following platforms: Wonderware, Rockwell, or VT-SCADA
- Proven track record working with people both inside and outside the company
- Able to read, interpret, troubleshoot electrical drawings and controls
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with Municipal Water and Wastewater applications
- Is a self-starter and loves to learn technology and work independently
- Is detailed oriented with excellent technical and analytical skills
- Strong English communication skills
